Champion crew chief Darian Grubb has been snatched up by Joe Gibbs Racing who has set about to pairing him with driver Denny Hamlin in the hopes that the racing group can propel that driver to the Sprint Cup Title. According to one website about sports, Grubb was introduced officially as a crew chief for the No. 11 Toyota car driven by Hamlin and that he'll be taking over for Mike Ford, who was the only crew chief Hamlin ever had as a professional driver in NASCAR's top races.  Ford was actually fired from his post as crew chief due to the fact that Grubb became available.
